The Clothes Garden is proud to offer a selection of Tibetan glass beads hand crafted by "new comers" — Tibetan refugees based in India. These beads are made from Italian Milano glass. The artisans are located in McLeod Ganj (Upper Dharamsala), India and proceeds from each sale benefit their cause.
We work on a fair trade system where the proceeds go directly to the new comers, there is no third party we deal with.
