Welcome! Below is The Clothes Garden's consignment policy guidelines. You can earn 40% for each item. If you are interested in bringing merchandise into the store to consign, feel free to download our consignment agreement which includes these rules with a place to sign your name and include your contact information.

	1.	Acceptance Requirements: On hangers or neatly folded in a box, seasonal, current styles, clean smelling, ironed, and ready to sell condition. Articles needing repairs or having spots or stains cannot be accepted.

	2.	Every item consigned is subject of the owner's final approval. Any item left for consignment and not O.K.'d for charity donation will be held for one week. If not picked up within seven days, the items will be donated to charity.

	3.	Consignments are accepted Wednesday through Saturday from 11:30 am til 4:00 pm.

	4.	Prices are set by The Clothes Garden staff. We reserve the right to adjust prices as we see fit.

	5.	Payouts are after the 10th of each month for the items sold in the previous month. The consigner receives 40% of the selling price. The checks must be picked up within 6 months from the date of your last consignment or the money will return to the treasury of The Clothes Garden. Payouts over $3.00 will be paid by check. A 35-cent fee will be assessed for each check printed.

	6.	The Clothes Garden is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

	7.	Any item not sold within the consignment period of 90 days from the date it was brought in and not picked up by the expiration date will automatically become the property of The Clothes Garden.

	8.	You are responsible for getting your unsold item from the racks before the expiration date if you want them back.

	9.	If the consignor's account is inactive (no consignments made) for 6 months, their account may be re-issued.
